WELCOME GREAT LAKES WARREN PATIENTS
We wanted to provide you with some important news about our practices. Effective June 29th, 2023, Great Lakes Warren, 21635 Ryan Road, Warren, MI 48091, will be joining together with Great Lakes Livonia, 16160 Middlebelt Road, Livonia, MI 48154. The Warren location will relocate, and the Ryan Road Location will close.
Your continued care is our priority, and we are excited to join these two practices together to offer more comprehensive multi-specialty dental care to our patients.
Great Lakes Family Dental Group has a well-established group of practices that have built a reputation on a foundation of trust, comfort, and understanding. All Great Lakes locations share the commitment to a patient-first approach exhibited by joining these practices together to provide patients with access to additional doctors, more appointment availability, specialists, and newer technology. Dr. Nicole DeBellis will be joining the team at Great Lakes Livonia to make the transition seamless. In addition to your current team, you will be joining an excellent team of doctors including our general dentists Dr. Diana McQuirter and Dr. Himani Patel, Dr. Jason Sherbel, Orthodontist, and Dr. Heba Abuhussein, Periodontist. All patients who receive care at the Great Lakes Warren location will now receive care at the Livonia location. Patients with ongoing orthodontic treatment plans will be able to continue their care in Livonia with Dr. Jason Sherbel. Dr. Sherbel grew up in West Bloomfield, Michigan and is happy to be back serving the area he was raised. Patients interested in continuing care with Dr. Tingxi Liu will be directed to the Great Lakes Almont location, 606 N Main, Almont, MI 48003.
Both the Warren and Livonia locations are Great Lakes Family Dental Group practices and are all 42 North Dental-supported practices. This means the experience will be seamless for patients with records and x-rays immediately available with no lapse in treatment. Patients can simply arrive in the new location without needing to transfer records. All offices provide the highest level of dental care and patient experience.
The Great Lakes Livonia location is less than 30 minutes away conveniently located near the Concord Plaza. There is no additional action required on your part. At your next appointment, you simply need to show up to the new location at 16160 Middlebelt Road and we will show you around the new space and introduce you to the dental team.

Is the Warren location still open?
Patients can still call Great Lakes Warren for questions and appointments while patients will receive care at Great Lakes Livonia. Patients will no longer be seen at the 21635 Ryan Road location, which will be closed. Warren has joined the Livonia location and will remain a part of the Great Lakes family. The dental care team is now ready to treat you at the Livonia location.
I’d like to have my medical records transferred to a new dentist that’s not a 42 North Dental supported practice. What do I need to do?
At any time if you need to transfer your records simply call our office directly and a patient care representative will walk you through the process requesting a records release. There will be no charge for this service. You can also be assured that we keep all records securely stored at Great Lakes Livonia for 8 years as required by law and you can request them at any time. There is no immediate rush or concern.
What does this change mean for a current Warren patient?
You’ll visit Great Lakes’ location in Livonia for your dental care, where you can continue having access to specialists and expanded hours, including weekends and evenings. Your records, x-rays, and treatment plans will be available at Great Lakes’ Livonia location. There’s no additional action you need to take.
Who will my doctor be now that I am being seen at the Livonia Location?
Great news, you are still able to continue care with Dr. Nicole DeBellis as she will be moving to the Livonia location as well. We are also happy to set up an appointment with our general dentists and introduce you to Dr. Diana McQuirter, the Dental Director, and Dr. Himani Patel on the Livonia team. Our team also includes Dr. Heba Abuhussein, Periodontist, and Dr. Vivek Chitte, Oral Surgeon.
