Dr. C. Patrick GrayDr. C. Patrick Gray graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Science degree. He received many honors and awards. Dr. Gray is a member of the American Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association. Dentistry is Dr. Gray’s passion, and he shows this every day in the personal care he gives to his patients and the generosity he extends to the community. Dr. C. Patrick Gray has taken many advanced dental courses to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques. He is a general dentist who also treats TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction), orthodontics, endodontics, and many surgical procedures, including wisdom teeth extractions. Dr. C. Patrick Gray is happily married and has six beautiful children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, health and fitness, and is an avid University of Michigan football fan.

Dr. Thomas C. RectorDr. Thomas C. Rector is from Muncie, Indiana. He attended Muncie schools and graduated from Delta High School in 1971. He attended Ball State University where he earned a double major in pre-dentistry and biology. He also earned a double minor in chemistry and natural resources. Dr. Rector received his Doctor of Dentistry from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1979. He has been practicing dentistry in Muncie, Indiana since 1979. Dr. Rector’s practice philosophy is prevention and early detection of dental disease. He specializes in treatments of exceptional quality and high technology in a caring and enjoyable atmosphere. Dr. Rector is active in organized dentistry. He has served as president of both Delaware County Dental Society and East Central Dental Society. He has also served vice-president of both the Delaware County Dental Society and East Central Dental Society. He has always been an active member or a past member of the Indiana Dental Associated; American Dental Association; American Academy of Endodontics; Academy of General Dentistry; Academy of Esthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry; Academy of Computerized Dentistry; Delegate of the Indiana Dental Association; Member of the Civic Center Authority Board; Precinct Committeeman; Muncie Optimist Club; Beta Theta Pi Social Fraternity; and Delta Sigma Delta Professional Fraternity. He is currently serving on the Delaware County Fair Board. Dr. Rector has participated in missionary work in Taraz, Kazakhstan since 2004. Dr. Rector established the first “western style” clinic in the entire region of Taraz, Kazakhstan. Personal Information Dr. Rector is married to the former Becky Cook of New Haven, Indiana for 36 years. He has three children; Tommy (wife Nicole) , Andy (wife Lisa) and Ali (husband Zach). Dr. Rector has three grandchildren, Jason , Jett, and Jaxon. Hobbies include tennis, snow skiing, boating, bicycling and community service
Dr. Jason PhelpsDr. Jason Phelps is from the Muncie area and attended Wapahani High School (1990-1994). He then attended Depauw University (1994-1998) and the Indiana University School of Dentistry (1998-2002). Dr. Phelps is married to Miranda, and they have one daughter, Mattilynn. In his spare time, Dr. Phelps enjoys weight training and spending time outdoors.
Dr. Kristin CriderDr. Kristin Crider was born and raised in Muncie, IN. She attended St. Mary School through the 8th grade and credits St. Mary’s for igniting her love for science and for reading. At Delta High School, Kristin greatly enjoyed playing on the varsity tennis team for four years and competed at the state finals two of those years for doubles. Kristin graduated valedictorian of Delta High School and went on to attend Butler University in Indianapolis, IN. She majored in chemistry and Spanish and in her free time enjoyed ballroom dancing. In her senior year, she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She graduated with high honors in chemistry and a 4.0 GPA. Dr. Crider attended Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis,, IN. She spent four years honing her dental skills and working closely with patients, as well as volunteering at a local women’s shelter. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Crider has returned to her hometown of Muncie with her fiancé Rob Raschke, who is beginning his Masters in Architecture at Ball State University. She is excited to be working with Dr. Thomas Rector and Dr. Jason Phelps, and the rest of the team at Great Lakes Family Dental Group of Muncie. In her spare time, Dr. Crider enjoys cooking, hiking, biking with her fiancé. Now settled back in Muncie, Kristin is looking forward to playing more tennis and spending time with family, as well as making frequent visits to Thai Smile.
