Keeping up with a good oral care routine at home is your first line of defense. Remember to brush 2x a day for at least two minutes and floss daily. Limit the amount of sticky, sugary foods you consume and drink plenty of water. Of course, visiting the dentist is still an important part of your oral care routine.
